CAN I BUNDLE TWO OR MORE SERVICES?
Of course, we offer package deals that allows you to schedule a appointment for two services. However, you have to call for consultation and to see if they can be performed within the same session. In most cases, there is a small discount.
IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
If there is a request for a refund. There should be a valid reason provided. Please know that the initial security deposit is non-refundable. Therefore, the remaining balance from the service can be transferred back to the client(s) account. If no reason is given, then there will be no refund given. All clients must agree to terms before the start of session.
DOES CARDILUXX HAVE A SET LOCATION I CAN VISIT?
Cardiluxx started operating by mobile to clients residents, place of business or a public location. Chosen based on the clients preference or needs of course. However, we have a private location that is sent right before the appointment time during the confirmation call the day of the session. Meaning, once the client has booked their appointment and paid their deposit. They'll receive a confirmation text with a follow-up call. The day of the appointment the address will be provided and the client will be given up to 15 minutes after their appointment time to get there.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
If a client is not satisfied with the performance of the staff or service provided. Please reach out to us and let us know how we can be of help or provide any accommodations necessary to fill the void of the unacceptable service. It is not necessary to publicly slander the business. We will work hard to go above and beyond your expectations to make things right. We appreciate you for choosing to do business with us.
